For bosses as pets, I'll go with Glint, Lich, Shiro, Varesh, Kanaxai.

BUT in reality, I would rather have a Jade Armor, or Jade Bow!!! Maybe Mursaat too!!! Spectral Agony FTW!!! Seriously, the only enemies "infused" against it are the Titans. We do not know about others at this point, so I'll assume they are not infused.

Hmmm... I'd have to say a Temple Guardian for my mo/r, and a redwood shepherd for my ranger. Of course Island Guardian line of monsters is pretty cool too...

Rotscale or Mallyx would not beat all... neither would Glint

Shiro would annihilate them all. They deal 400 damage to him... Battle Scars steals 400 every hit till it ends... they get him to low health, Impossible Odds kicks in and he slices them to shreads. Since he can't be knocked down the Base Defender is asking for it with a 999 damage Battle Scars ^^

I have been trying to think this over and there are a number of things:

Bats from the Breach,
Gulls from Mehtani Keys,
Kirin,
Frosted Griffins,
etc.

What I keep coming back to is that having pets is almost purely an aesthetic activity. There is a reason people map out of a party in Hell's when pets show up. They simply are not useful as is - except as sacs. Beast Masters are lousy as a game theme.

IMO: Pets should be done away with as is, and remade into heroes. And then drop the use of Charm other than when the ranger is capturing and naming their pet.
