I've bought Serperntine Scepter already. I need staff/wands/offhands for restoration and communing now.
Any req other than spawning will do.

FYI, according to wiki, Serpentine Scepters are always linked to the primary attribute for a character class. So if you get one with a Rit req, it will always be Spawning Power, Elementalist req will always be energy storage, etc...

according to wiki, it's a rare drop and was added in the dec 20 update, and it's a pretty wicked skin
