I want to know is there any characters strategies and quests guides that i can see and follow it.

No no no , don't buy the prima guide, it doesn't provide enough help( believe me, i have the faction prima guide).
GuildWiki is free and a whole lot better.

There are no character strategies in this game cause this game allows you to switch between tactics pretty easily.

You simply choose a profession you like and then think what you want to accomplish with that character, you then get the skills that are effective on that, get a set of armor for that if it requires a specific on ( energy set, health set etc) and you play

As you progress tru the game you get more skills, eventually having almost all of them, at which point you can switch between builds very easily whenever your in a town, maybe swap a headpiece with a attribute rune and grab your weapons out of storage and your on a new stragety.

For Quest Stragety ,i think there is no better then GuildWiki.

another good place for beginners is http://guildwars.gameamp.com

its filled with shiet load of hints and infos for beginners, in the guide section.

another place to look for builds for pve/pvp is also www.pvxwiki.com
