After having a noob moment today, I thought of a new title track that would be very cool. This would require an addition to the interface (a new window or a new tab on the hero window).
Both these titles are given to you by other players, making it more of a peer review. There would be a window where you put in the player's name and vote to give them a noob point or a pro point. This could be for any reason, from forgetting a vital skill to helping you out in a quest for free.
There would be limits on this title. You cannot vote for yourself. You cannot vote for the same person more than once in 24 hours (if that's too long that could be shortened).
Here's my title name ideas. Add your own if you have other ideas/better ideas.

Being a noob myself, I wouldn't mind the ability to wear a 'Noob' title at my own discretion. I'm all for self irony.
But having other players 'vote' them out would get annoying fast. All guildies would vote eachother up the protrack, and you'd have people getting a boner at the mere thought of standing in town tagging everyone as noobs.

The point of the title is fun and humor. Besides, you wouldn't have to show the title if you didn't want to.
Getting a noob vote isn't getting a "down" vote or a bad review. It's just another point towards your maxed out title.

I do think this is a bad idea just as a vote system would have to be added and lots of game mechanics worked out
However i do think some of the other posters worried about being "voted down" take GW to serious, its a game who cares if some random votes you a "noob"?

I personally wouldn't mind it, it wouldn't count towards the maxed titles and you could choose to disable it(Not let yourself be rated) or just not wear it. Kind of a fun thing i guess

I was already aghast that ArenaNet had such ridiculous names for the gamer title, although in retrospect I suppose the ranks fit...since many gamers use internet speak.
But another track would be just too much. Plus, this idea would be too easily abused.

I don't trust anyone to make votes for titles. It's easily abused, and my experience is that quite a large number of players consider you a 'noob' when you don't play the game 'their' way.

I was selling a bow for 5k (a pretty decent one) and I advertised for that amount to sell. A guy says he will buy it, opens trade and offers me a rubbish axe and 1k. I told him to grow up because he obviously trying it on.
He then spammed me with noob for 2 minutes.
This would get abused to high-heaven and soon everyone would have a rank in noobness despite them deserving it or not.
It also incourages people to insult others. I concider being called a noob a real insult (if I dont deserve it or its in jest), and if people were randomly giving me noob points (knowing its genuine) it would really offend me.

Do you realise how many easily maxed titles we already have? KOABD has already lost its status and meaning, and PKM is soon following!
As I explained above, this wouldnt be a fun title to achieve. Something is fun only if you agree to taking part in it and you find it funny. Not everyone likes being refered to as a noob or having it recorded as so.
If they added this, you know that every immature players ingame would run around noobing everyone he saw.
You ask for an inflated price = you get noobed.
You cancel trade = you get noobed.
You beat them at pvp = you get noobed.
You disagree with them about something = you get noobed.
You ordered to change your build and you ask why = you get noobed.
You dont have a skill they want you to use = you get noobed.
You have a rubbish weapon or armor (in their opinion) = you get noobed.
You dont meet their standards when playing elite zones = you get noobed.
The list goes on... are those funny reasons to get get noobed?
