Zenmai no more?

I wanted to get Zenmai for one of my characters...have 12 characters so not all have her yet....BUT....the quest is gone. Wiki says you get it in Kaneing but the guardsman is showing no quest whatsoever....

Anyone?

They changed the quests for Zenmai and Olias recently. You now get both of them in the Consulate docks.

Ahh I see...the top of the quest starts with the Guardsman but that's not who you get it from...that's where the confusion came from.
