Problem With Rite of Valor Quest

I tried the Factions Quest "The Rite of Valor" twice, and it *still* didn't work.

The *first* time I did it, I thought the problem was that although I eliminated all the other Yeti, and Gull Hookbeak was fighting the Boss Yrrs Snagtooth, I *thought* my guys accidentally killed Snagtooth, so Gull couldn't kill him, and that's apparently the point.

So *this* time I was very careful to make sure my guys didn't kill Snagtooth. We wiped out every other Yeti in the region, and then Gull and Yrrs started a big rumble on top of a cliff all alone. But they just kept punching it out for what seemed like a very long time...

Then all of a sudden Yrrs WON! So it said "start again".

I didn't know if I was supposed to interfere in the fight, but just not "kill" Yrrs myself, or what... but it’s not working. Am I supposed to help Gull Hookbeak by hurting (but not killing) Yrrs Snagtooth?

What am I doing wrong? Any suggestions?

As far as I'm aware, when you kill the surrounding Yetis, the silly bird will tell you Snagtooth can die and you can help the silly bird to kill him.

alternativly u could try the reverse quest where u help the Yeti kill the Tengu :P

Hmmm- Maybe the "silly bird" tried to talk to me and I didn't notice? LOL! I will give it another go. Thanks for the advice!

Thanks for the help guys... Third time was the charm... I finally was victorious. The dead bodies of the Yeti scatter the mountain like dry leaves. Hah-Zah!!!

Well, actually the game cleans up the dead bodies afterwards for hygiene purposes. LOL!
