Movie

Hey

I was just watching those epic WoW movies(broken leg, nothing else to do) and was wondering if anyone wants to group together and make a movie of our own. Or if somebody is allready makin a movie, ill be glad to help. I think it'll be cool.

sorry about the busted leg...i had mine broken for and laid up for 6 months last year. I would suggest going to youtube...find some GW movies....and then contact those players and try to help them...or get your guys from the guild/alliance to work with you.

I allways imagined that making a guild wars series would be awsome, because the original stories already give us base to create epic stories, without these Good vs. Bad thing.
But in order to create a orignial story we would require orignal info about the guild wars world that we cannot simply presume.
Anyways... let me know if you feel up to something

Well, it's not just WoW players who make movies, GW players, expecially European ones are quite skilled in making a story in GW. For example, this was done by a some people a while back:

It's 10 minutes long, but worth watching, and quite funny.

Also, there is the short version Clover and the Skull series, done by Talia. Check them out. Just a quick search on Youtube for Guild Wars Clover and the Skull will give you a good head start. They have 3 episodes already.

BTW, a while back, I mentioned something about a Cinematic for Nightfall, in which, we found the strips that was SUPPOSED to be used for a cinematic on a forum where Anet posted their stuff, and me and 3 friends are still working on a good 2-3 minute cinematic with 3d models and amazing rendering.

Some Guy named 'Cats' has a guild does a lot of GW movies with their guild. You could look farer back in the Nolani Forum, find a topic started by him, and contact him..
