Aidan, just take the quest The Hunter's Horn (or something like that) from a girl right outside of Ashford Abbey. After purifying the horn, the quest arrow will lead you to him.

BTW - I have this 2 neat bows, anything better I can find aruond ascalon?

Longbow Of Fortitude: dmg:7-10, health+10, dmg+15%(when health above 50%)
Longbow Of Enchanting: dmg:7-10, dmg+10%(against hexed foes), enchantments last 5% longer.

flatbows (for refire rate compared to longbow ) or recurves (accuracy) are best.
