If someone could help me out with a price check here that'd be really great. Am I better off adding a +45 while in stance or a +30 all the time upgrade if I'm looking to increase it's value for sale?

+30s sell for 10k or so, so how much do you think will be added to your shield should you upgrade with one? It's not difficult to work out

Modding for sale will never increase an items value passed the combined total of base skin and components. Most of the time a player will want to customize the skin for their own specific use, and so you're only narrowing the amount of players that will pay full value should you mod your tem for sale.

Also, make sure your shield has an inscription slot. If it doesn't you cannot upgrade it with handles.
