domination wand(PC)

i found a gold, wooden boar scepter of memory and was wondering how much it was worth

chaos 11-22 (req 12 domination)
halves skill recharge of domination magic (20%)
inscription "aptitude not attitude"
halves casting time of domination magic (20%)

Salvage the inscription and sell that for 8-10k and then the 20% wrapping which i think sell for 2k or so. Mesmer items are hard to sell and this one has a high req and common skin making it almost unsellable and easier to salvage for mods
