Buying Skills Error?

I made a dervish a few days ago and I just got him level 20 so i thought id buy Mystic regeneration in Yohlon Haven but it doesnt seem to be in the skills shop.I asked someone and they said it was in their skills shop but it wasnt in mine,how do i get it to appear?

Thats the official wiki. What I'm assuming is that the other guy had it unlocked before. Unlocked skills will appear at their respectful Continents Skill Trainers.

Mystic Regeneration is technically not available till you reach the realm of torment. However, there is a couple ways around this.

1) Spend Balthazar faction to unlock the skill at a priest of Balthazar, this will then make it available at any of the nightfall skill trainers.

2) Take another character that has reached the realm of torment and have them switch their secondary to dervish and then buy it there with them, this will then make it available at any of the nightfall skill trainers.

Both of these methods involve unlocking the skill which is what you need to do to make it available at all the skill trainers that should be able to train you in it. Obviously a skill trainer in Cantha, which doesn't have Dervishes natively, won't carry the skill ever.

For a quick easy way to unlock skills with Balthazar's Faction see http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Training_Arena - note that while on the PvP isles this is *not* PvP (it is PvE in the PvP arena's).

You can get 2000 faction per day (two regular skills) and takes about 15 minutes to do it - then purchase the skill at any trainer.

Why? there is nothing wrong with the wiki, by default that is the first location you can buy the skill unless you follow other means to do it.
