Mo/E 55hp farming build

I'm in need of a farming build for my Mo/E, I've read one on some sites that outline the skills and what points you need, but not what items you need to take your health to 55hp and what weapons you would need and where you can pick them up from/ how much they are.

The things i need are:

Skills needed.
Armour needed/ runes /weapons
What point allocation
Also where you can get the skills from i.e elite/ boss skills
