Well, im starting to enjoy PvP in Guild Wars, that which i didn't since the game was public.

And today i got myself thinking;
If the PvP in Guild Wars is (for reasons unknown to me right now) more fun than that of Guild Wars 2, would Anet continue to update the current Guild Wars for reasons like this or similar? Or would they uphold their "New Game; No Change" attitude for it?

Very unlikely they would drop GW2 PvP for GW PvP.

ANet isn't dropping Guild Wars, it will continue to exist, so who's to say if down the line they develop something for Guild Wars 1. I believe they did split their dev team, 1 for GW and 1 for GW 2. One other thing is even with the shift into a new product, they will have to maintain skill balance in PvP, which I believe we might get a skill balance when GWEN releases.
