slow recharge...?

While farming and using cyclone axe and triple chop, some times one of those takes A LOT longer to recharge, like 2 or 3 times longer...any ideas why that happens?

If anything uses that in the areas you are. Also

[skill]Distracting Shot[/skill]

or any of the other skills that disable skills.

Your attack is getting interrupted by something such as a rangers distracting shot which adds extra time onto the amount of time a skill normally takes to recharge.

do trolls have that...?

trolls are warriors, no?
so maybe disrputing chop

Disrupting Chop, adds 20 seconds onto the skill's recharge.
