The crafters for prestige armor in Prophecies can be found at The Granite Citadel and Marhan's Grotto, both in the Southern Shiverpeaks.

To get to The Granite Citadel, leave the Iron Mines of Moladune, head east through Frozen Forest to Copperhammer Mines, and then head north through Spearhead Peak. To get to Marhan's Grotto, leave Thunderhead Keep and head south along the path through Ice Floe. You can't miss either of them

You can get max armor level armor at Droknar's Forge. Get a run there from beacons perch or play through the game normally and you'll arrive there after the mission Dragon's Lair. Without material cost, the crafting price is 1.5k per piece of armor.

You can get Elite or 15k armor at Granite Citadel or Marhan's Grotto. This armor has the same stats as the armor from droknar's forge but is more prestigious and costs 15k for every piece without material costs.

All three of the above locations are in the Southern Shiverpeaks.

You get Obsidian (the most expensive armor in the game) at the Forgemaster in Fissure of Woe.

I think he is already aware of Droks armor or atleast owns a set of max armor from another continent since he was asking for Elite(Ascended) Armor...

And slight note, Droks armor is now 1k a piece.
