Interrupting my own spells?

As a monk there are times when I just waste a hex removal because my friend monk removed it before me .

I was wondering if there is a way I can interrupt a skill like Deny Hexes so I don't waste it? Moving while casting a 2second spell works but it doesn't with 1second casting spells...
