Merging accounts

Merging accounts cant it be done ?

Eg. I have a nightfall account and i have a Prof Account on 2 sperate emails i want to make them just 1 account i.e 1 email is there a way ?

Any help would be great

you can add them both to the same plaync master account, but not merge them together

Ok, if you want to use the ingame store, you need a master account at www.plaync.com, you can add both your accounts to that and you can also have City of Heroes, Lineage and other NCSoft game accounts all together

but why did you make two accounts? because if its a mistake and you just did it, contact support (again at www.plaync.com) and they may well be able to sort it out for you

As lonesamurai said, if you only just created the second account, support may be able to help a little bit. In the past, what they have done occasionally is disable the key used for one of the accounts and then issued a user a new key so that they can link the new game to the old account rather than create a new account. However if this does happen, anything on the deactivated account will be lost. That said if you only just created the new account, you stand a better chance of them helping you out than if you created the 2nd account 6 months ago, etc etc etc.

Thx you all for your help but i've gotten in contact with support and they're are helping me now ^^ There probably gona do what Dragon said but it dosent matter as the account had nothing on it.
