PC Boneclaw Staff req. 11

I'll attach screenie of it and post the mods + a link to the skin. I asked a few people and they said they've never seen it before so i guess it must be rare . I haven't modded it yet but I will if its actually worth anything.

Adept Boneclaw Staff of Fortitude
Halves SKill recharge 20%
Energy + 10
Inscription: Dance with Death
Damage + 14% in stance
Halves Casting time 20%
Health + 30
