10mb connection, downloading 15kb/sec -.-

3.7mb is gonna take forever -.- wdf, is it just me, and is there anyway for me to change my server im connected to -.- cuz im on american servers -.- but i get constant red/yellow.

edit: and yes, it is dumb, another jacked up update.

i have the same just after the lastest update trying to load random arenas downloading 11.2MB at 20KB/second
