We're looking for an experienced stand warrior for the upcoming months!Virtual Dragons [vD] is recruiting
v o i d
Requirements:Excellent pressure play (always bash on stuff where it hurts most). Excellent battlefield awareness (keep an overview, finish stuff that is low). Excellent spike calling (well timed and not predictable). Excellent strategy calling for the main team in split situations. Excellent npc farming in VoD.
However, if you aren't the warlord we're looking for, the following stuff might do it as well (but we have to swap positions then which means you really have to pwn shit):Split warrior (you know when to split, you know when to push / retreat, you know how to own). Midline character (godlike timed bsurges on ele, excellent game understanding and timing as mesmer).
You know you're the right guy, if you love to observe matches and, after seeing a certain action, predict the collapse of a team in 30 seconds. 30 seconds later the collapse happens. you almost always realize in time if you have the upper or lower hand in battle (player or build advantage, "momentum"). Based on this information you call for a push, retreat, aggressive or defensive play. you can spend countless minutes on optimizing your controls. You can get a huge advantage by tweaking your controls based on the class you play and by finding minimal execution times for certain combos. as warrior, the monk crumbling in front of you turns you on. you don't rage. If eight people play together for a long time, they sometimes get annoyed with each other. This is normal. But no matter what, you never insult anyone or become too loud on vent. you love Guild Wars.
What you get?An active and enthusiastic GvG team. A rage-free environment with polite and exceptional players.
Be aware though, that we have several merciless optimizers here at vD. We analyze all mistakes and always try to improve.
Required information:IGN Age Country Gender Playtimes GvG experience Fav. profession(s) Guild history Reason(s) for joining
We do not have a big application layout like a lot of guilds. Instead this is the first point where you should prove yourself by posting a quality application. The posted is merely a short list, feel free to expand on it and include any information you think is worth mentioning. Additional note: The number of top players in Guild Wars is really limited at the moment. It might not be stated in our original application post, but now that we have won what's left to win, we actually consider giving players who aren't top yet the chance to become it (intelligence, motivation and a certain skill level to start from are required of course).
