Are there any news on Guild Wars 2?
I'm sorta looking more forward to GW2 than GWEN, just because I've already been play GW for more than 2 years and really want something entirely new.
GWEN, imo, will just be the same guild wars with bits of new stuff added to it. I feel that the Guild Wars 1 universe is not large enough and does not have enough diversity to be played like I play WoW.
But thats just whut I think. I bet lots of ppl are really looking forward to GWEN, and according to this forum, I'd say I'm right.
Guild Wars 2?

-Yes i am looking forward to GW2 more just because of the persistants side of it. But then because its persistant i want to be able to walk into charr land if im human and start attacking them. Like raids on WoW.
-Plus i would love to see areas of the game only accesible by certain means of transport. Maybe something like Flying Mounts.
-Mounts in GW2 have to be added!!!
-Guild's can own different areas of land by taking hold of special command posts through out the area. This command post then links to you guild hall so you can have quick travel to that place you own. Note that these command post will be a small Lookout tower which can be captured by having players in that area standing there. Plus the command post has a raidius around it so that when you look on the world map you can see the area you own with a war line around the command post area. AS you mouse over the area on ur map it brings up info about you!

Even if you want a bit of character progression (family wise) throught he hall of monuments... besides, its looking like we have as big a game as Factions or even Nightfall, with no starter area to mess around in... Sounds stonkin' to me

Sounds stonkin' to me I definately am still getting GWEN, because it connects the story between GW1 With GW2

Cool cool
Well obviously, as an expansion GW:EN is going to be more of the same in a different setting, but to be honest, thats what most of us wanted..
GW2? No new news, nor am i expecting any til at least after New Year at the earliest
