WTB Zodiac staff (1hand or 2hand)

I need a zodaic staff with low req on healing prayers, divine favour or protection prayers.

if its 1 handed, it should be inscriptable, if its 2 handed, it should be inscriptable or should have 1/2 spell recast (10%)!
