Ya, I need a good tanking Rune/Insignia setup for my W/Mo. I really dont use tactics, mostly swordsmanship (Works for me) and I just got my new armor...
Now you have to piece everything from scratch and I need a lil help... I use this war for mostly PvE!

I'd go for +10 when attacking or 20AL vs. ele.
Dolyak does the rest.
