New Skills for Paragon Rumors

If the below list is true how do you think the new skills will be defined? I have some personal idea's so I'll post them below.

Paragon
Anthem of Weariness
Possible command skill, next attack skill causes weakness?

Piercing Spear
Spear skill with 20% armor penetration perhaps?

Anthem of Disruption
Possible command skill, next attack interrupts targets?

Hasty Refrain
Possible echo'd increase move rate?

Spear of Redemption
? not sure on this one sounds like spear or motivation. I would assume Spear skill since it begins with spear but redemption does sound like something motivation.

Spear Swipe
Possibly a AOE spear attack?

Holy Spear
Its about damm time, a spear that does Holy damage. Elite perhaps?

Burning Shield
Leadership skill? Maybe something akin to Bonnetties but causes opponent to be on fire if blocked?

Inspirational Speech
Obvious motivation skill of some kind.

Veteran Javelin
Possibly Spear skill ,,,,, any speculation or idea's of what it might be?

I'd love to hear your opinions?

Here are to AoE attack ideas for Paragons.

Exploading Spear-You throw a spear that does x.....x amount of damage to target foe and adjacent foes to target foe.

Screaming Shout-You shout so loud that adjacent foes take x....x amount of damage and all suffer weakness for x seconds.. You end up suffering weakness too for x seconds.

Hasty Refrain has me worried. Be it faster run walk that can't be stripped, or faster recharge on skills, faster cast on skills... the thought of spreading any of that over the entire party is scary. On top of that, can't be stripped and maintained with ease?

Refrains are usually target oriented, so its unlikely it will be for the entire party, probably only for self

I hope some of these skills are close up melee attack.... at least put one. That will encourage me play a paragon!!

In case anyone missed the thread in the GW:EN discussion forum.

As far as i know none of the skills listed on the wiki for the upcoming expansion are elite. I'll post a link to my source later when i back track.

GW:EN will have 0 elite skills.
