i neeed account help

WHAT THE HELL DO I HAVE TO GET ACCOUNT HELP?? i left ncsoft like 15 (ask a questions) i keep getting the same lame ass auto responce im at my wits end im verry FUSTRATED with this game and NCSOFT they give no phone they just auto respond with the same lame crap... never fixing anything ........ its totaly a shame that i have to post to an outside form to get help with the hopes someone from ncsoft will see it!!!!

If you want us to try to help you, you need to give us an idea of your problem. Just saying you need 'account help' doesn't help us, and makes me want to close this thread because you're not being specific.
