someone from ncsoft please read

WHAT THE HELL DO I HAVE TO GET ACCOUNT HELP?? i left ncsoft like 15 (ask a questions) i keep getting the same lame ass auto responce im at my wits end im verry FUSTRATED with this game and NCSOFT they give no phone they just auto respond with the same lame crap... never fixing anything ........ its totaly a shame that i have to post to an outside form to get help with the hopes someone from ncsoft will see it!!!!

Did you think to respond to the auto response and say, "I'm sorry, this does not help me with my problem"

After having 15 auto-responses I'd have thought you'd have actually bothered to read one of them. It says that you have to respond with 72 hours or else the ticket will be closed.

You see, it's not really that difficult at all!

First lose the caps, add in some grammar and punctuation and try not to insult anyone again.

Secondly, you might want to state what the actual problem is. There's always a chance that someone on the forum can help you.

And lastly, you don't need to open 15 questions. That's your biggest hinderance if anything. You submit one question and update it within 72 hours to keep it from closing and inform them of what you need. If they incorrectly addressed your issue then update the ticket and tell them so. That's what it's there for.

And posting your account name in here isn't a good idea. You should edit that out.
