Nightfall Char Starting Prof Campaign

Hey

I wanted to know is it possible for a nightfall Char to go to do the Profecies campaign and recive experience etc etc from it.

I bought Nightfall first and have access to Tyria & Elona. Im level 17 almost 18.

I just want to catch up on my friends level 8-10s on the prof campaign and play with them.

If so where do i go to start the quest ?

And do i receive rewards from it.

Not 100% sure where you get the quest, but it is possible to travel over to Tyria. You will start off in Lion's Arch, and if you want to get to the starting areas of the Prophecies campaign, you will have to either fight or be runned there. You won't get any experience from missions and you won't get any quests, unless they are from Lion's Arch or after.

There is a guy in the swamp north of Kryta who will give a quest. Otherwise, Marty is correct, no xp and no quests before Lion's Arch.

You can run from Kryta/Lion's Arch to Becon's Perch. Then from there to Borlas Pass. Then from there to Grenich Courthouse &/or Yak's Bend.

Deras triggers the quest to get you into Tyria (Prophecies) and Funwa triggers the quest to take you to Cantha (Factions).
