When I resitered my copy of Nightfall I made a seperate account cus I didnt know what I was doing. I got prophecies again for it. Im wondering if my friend could go on the old Prophecies account while I went on my new account and played Prophecies too.

They are seperate accounts, so he could. As long as you are on two different computers of course.
