Not sure how many people notice this kind of thing, but I am trying to make amixed set of armor, and can't make it look the way I want do to one small problem.
If you take off the Footwear and Attire on a Mesmer, you will see only the Hose and Gloves. The Hose are the same armor piece as Leggings formost class. On the other classes, this is a part of armor that stops just above the knee in appearance. However, the Mesmer class is a little different, and the Hose will continue down to the foot (even though it adds no armor value there). Primeval Hose, however, stops just above the knee, like other classes Leggings does. When using Primeval Footwear, the break in undetected because the two pieces of armor merge. I want to use different Footwear though.
Currently I am using Elite Enchanters Footwear, which is a boot that goes a little over the knee. Since it goes above the knee, you do not notice the stop in the Hose at the knee. The Footwear I want to use, however, is the Performer Footwear which is a shorter boot that stops below the knee. This means there is a small gap in the Hose visible at the knee.
Compare these 2 armor set pictures, which have Component Views to illustrate what each piece of the armor looks like.
Make Primeval Hose cover the entire leg, just like all other sets please.

They're Capris. It's fashionable.
Just kidding. It is a very specific request, but I don't see why it shouldn't be done other than the fact that it is really a very minor problem in my opinion.

That's pretty minor, I agree, but armor should flow together as smoothly as possible to encourage combos and unique looks.

I tend to mix armor a lot myself and I've noticed quite a lot of "errors", clipping and graphic glitches when doing so. I guess Anet didn't consider that we'll be wanting to be so "fashionable".
