Yes I got the confirmation too even though the purchase timed out and the keys showed as active when I went and checked. Be careful people!! Don't just click purchase again!

Well this is ticking me off
Tried a few times and just got black screen lowered my res and got in YAY
placed my order and it timed out
checked email just in case it went through NOTHIN
So ordered again and it timed out

Still no email confoirmation
I am NOT trying this a 3rd time till they fix it or demand slows up a bit at the store.
Better not have been charged for 2

Just checked and got 1 confirmation email WAITING to see if I get another hope I don't

I don't think we will, but if we get multiple preorders, just contact customer service. If they don't resolve it, just dispute all but one charge with the credit card agency.

If you were dumb enough to use a debit card (like me) it might be a little more of a hassle, but most banks will even work to get that straightened out.

Tried EB Games here in Ontario,Canada for pre-release but clerks just looked at me like deer in the headlights same as last time for Nightfall pre

Both clerks didn't even know anything about game but after tracking said looks like pre-release will be in U.S. EB's tomorrow and pre will be here prolly few days later. As i was walking out, seen GWEN box on soon to be released shelf so i pre-ordered game and hopefully in few days the pre-release bonus will hit here. I refered them to thrir website showing it was supposed to be here already but i was told the website is usually less then accurate about release dates lol. Sad isn't it?

Everyone go check the plaync.com website and go to billing transaction along with your game account to see how many purchases you made recently along with how many pre-orders you made on the account. On my brother's i see 2 pre-orders on his game account at play nc however, it only shows on billing transaction order.

eh, people are having problems with the transaction it seems, I'll hold off until tomorrow.

is it true we can't use this stuff until the 24th or whatnot? HOW LAME IS THAT? every other pre-release thing we got to use it right away! And they advertised it like if you bought it you got it! Not in any of there "pre-release particulars" did they say that you wouldn't be able to use it until then.

If this is true... this just adds to their beaten down track record.

I timed out about 8 times; checked email, and had one (only) confirmation. So they prevent duplicates.
