WTB a Shield of the Wing

Hi there, looking to buy a shield of the wing. A req 9 tactics inscribable (any color) one would be great. If it isn't inscribable, I prefer it to have +30 hp, and for the second mod to be -5 19%, or -2 stance. Highest req I can go is 10.

Also, I prefer the name to be, "Shield of the Wing" rather than "aegis".
