Fairly Harmless recruiting euro's

I'm currently trying to get some gvg going with my old guild in which we messed around a bit in the top 100 a year ago. Fairly Harmless[FH] is not a smurf, nor some lame name steal, we created the guild way before MH ever started appearing on the ladder

What we're looking for:
Around 8 casual players who play different classes, we have enough monks at the moment.
1.5m+ balth faction, I'm not very impressed by any pvp title, but it's still nice to have.
Age over 18, preferably 20+, bad experiences with kids.
No flamers/ragers.
Euro, I live in gmt+1 timezone.
