My hero nukers use Mark of Rodgort so my hero W will usually use a fiery sword and the Barrage R a fiery bows. I think the hench Mos have fire dmg weps too.

If I take the poison R along instead of the Barrage and give her a Fiery bow, will it still do fire damage (to trigger the Rodgorts) while Apply Poison is is effect?

This would've been at home in the Ranger section.

And no, Apply Poison doesn't say anything about it changing the damage type, it just adds poison.

if you think about it this way... imagine the ranger dipping his arrows into a poison solution.. his arrowhead will still be fiery(or whatever the ranger is using) but it also has poison on it

Thx for the responses.

I thought about putting this in ranger section but it could just as easily apply to, say, a W/R using Apply Poison while wielding an FDS so I put it here.

I figured from Poison's descruption that both effects should work simultaneously, just wanted to double-check. There was a thread recently about multiple Dervish enchantments where the conclusion seemed to be that one effect would supercede the previous one, which made sense.

apply poision works on physical attacks, whilst wielding a FDS or fiery bow string you are doing fiery damage and so it will not add poison to the weapon i believe

So your information is incorrect.
