I'm thinking of sticking a 7300gt on my old computer. I'm ok with setting AA to x2. I play at 1440x900, and it doesn't seem like much of a difference. Will I be able to play at 30+ fps?

With a 7300 at that resolution, you will have a hard time getting 30fps with AA set to 0.
I have a 7300GS(My old 6600gt blew up and manufacturer replaced with this), I run at 1024x768 with gfx set to the 2nd highest and AA off. It produces around 57fps when things are quiet and drops to ~30 when the action kicks off.

Hmm i'm in a really tight spot then.
I only have a 16 amp PSU (Hoping to god that even a 7300 would work on it) and I don't have any PCI-e connectors. CAN'T get new PSU, else i would have gotten a 7800GTX!
Would the 7300 be my best bet? I guess anything would be better than my current intel graphics.
EDIT:
BTW, it is GDDR3. However, only 128 RAM.

Would a GDDR2 256 MB be better?
