Requesting Help!

I just recently completed the quest 'For A Price' given by Margrid the Sly, when I had finished and went to go get the reward, my inventory was full. I was not able to receive the reward after I made room in my inventory and cannot get the follow up quest for some reason. Sorry if this is a noob question, but I'm really bad at pve

If all fails: redo from start

Abandon the quest and completely redo it. If you don't know how: go to your quest log, select the quest and click on abandon while in a town. Pick up the quest again and redo it with room in your inventory. Good Luck!

Yes, I know how to abandon a quest, but the problem was the quest is no longer in my quest log.
