Bonus Item Glitch?

Hey,

For some reason I can't put the new items in my storage account, neither my game of the year items too.

They are non transferable, they cant be dropped, they cant be put in trade, they cant be put in storage.

I answered a similar question before.

What are you doing with them?

-Giving them to another character? Dont bother, type /bonus on that character you wish to give them too.

-Putting them aside in storage for more on person storage? Dont bother, trash the items and when u want them again type /bonus

Theres no reason to waste storage with them, /bonus will create these items ALWAYS (granted ur in a town) so delete them, and when needed type /bonus.

Or did you want a 3 heroes to use the staff? /Bonus give a hero the staff /bonus another staff appears, give the 2nd hero the staff /bonus a staff appears again and give it to the 3rd hero etc.

there is one scenario you left out. you put a good mod on it, can't salvage it, and don't want to destroy the mod.

Really? I always thought the bonus items would be like the collectors minipets, as in you get one and that's it.

So if I were to get the pre-release all my characters and heroes could have a glacial blade, hourglass staff and bow?

Preorder and GOTY weapons are great for outfitting heroes and low level player characters...my new warrior in Pre-Searing is enjoying his Rhino's Charge and keeps a glacial blade + serrated shield as an alternative weapon set and a darksteel longbow as a pulling weapon.

yep. the bonus weapons from all the preoders, plus the GOTY and the new ones. hell thats more then enough to equip any new characters and hero combinations...
One thing, If you have an early bonus item that was modifiable ...
Ithas bow for instance. DONT TRASH IT...
It will never be able to be modded again if its spawned.
unless Anet fixes that issue someday. Lets hope...

Equip your heroes
Spawn again to equip more heroes
basically with all these there is no reason for a hero not to have a good weapon anytime you want one. or for you as a new character to not have SOMETHING to fight with on n00b areas as a lev 1-5... Thats what I love about this game.

(even if the req are high they still work pretty good normally...) I used ithas bow in presearing for ages and it was great...

All with a little miracle command called /bonus Got to love that???

Also, there is a way to place your bonusitems in your storage box. Simply pick up an item already in your storage, and drag it over on top of the bonusitem in your character's inventory. Release it and voila! The item from your storage is instantly replaced with the bonusitem you dragged it on to.

you'd want to do that...why? 0.o storage is a big issue for me, having 4 charaters devoted entirely to holding all my crap.
