Implementing Graphik Mods of players in future

Since now so much people r starting to make graphic mods for GW, why not make out of this a competion like the weapon contests and implementing good results which have no bugs and work fine into the the game under the option menu, so that people have for example the choice if they want to play with the GW standart Skin, or if they want to play for example with this famous becoming graphik mod skin "Dark Glass" so much people r talking about last time.

I think of this so.

I go into the option menu, go the then into the part "Graphics" where i have the choice with which resolution i want to play and so on and then there is a button with a scroll bar, which scrolls down, where the player gets then a choice of "Interface Skins".

I'd find this cool, when anet would cooperate in this manner together with the community to implementate more interface skins, for those players of us, which maybe find the standart one boring over time and to change as example to the skin of the extreme old Alpha/Beta version, which looked more ancient and fantasylike.
or activating/deactivating over this finally a blood mod, for those players of us, which like it a bit more realistic, which can be activated, when u've sent via email to an address a copy of ur personals, which will show Anet, that ur at least 18.
changing via the option menu/ graphics skins of weapons/armors that u'll see only personally with a reset function that puts every changes again to standart, so that u need not to make for everything ever backup files.

I think they should just make the interface easily moddable and supported like in some other games (yes, WoW being one of them but it's not about that). Being able to override original textures with your own, without the use of external programs or editing of data image would be a great improvement for this game. Seeing the same old interface gets boring extremely fast and not being able to change it makes it even more annoying, it's like having the same desktop wallpaper the whole time.

would be cool but i dont know if it really can be done in a reasonable fashion. but meh /signed on concept
