Tips on my Hammer pvp build?

Right now I'm running a W/N with the following skillset:

1. Devestating Hammer (If Devastating Hammer hits, your target is knocked down and suffers from weakness for 5-17 seconds.)

2. Heavy Blow (Lose all adrenaline. If this attack hits a foe suffering from weakness, that foe is knocked down and you strike for 1-24 more damage.)

3. Irresistable Blow (If this attack hits, you strike for +1-24 damage. If Irresistable Blow is "blocked",your target is knocked down and takes 24 damage. Irresistable Blow cannot be "evaded".)

4. Bull's Strike (If this attack hits a fleeing foe, you strike for +5-25 damage, and your target is knocked down.)

5. Sprint (For 8-13 seconds, you move 25% faster.)

6. Plague Touch (Transfer a negative "Condition" and its remaining duration from yourself to target touched foe.)

7. Rigor Mortis (For 8-18 seconds, target foe cannot block or evade.)

8. Rez sig

Basically I wanted to set up a hammer build to take out Boon prot monks (probably the most powerful monks in CA/TA). I sprint in, build up adrenaline with irresistable blow and auto attacks, then when they are about 60% life I unleash the Devstating Hammer/Heavy Blow combo, with another Irresistable blow followup to hopefully finish them off. I find if I have atleast one other teammate dps'ing the monk he is dead 90% of the time. I use plague touch to deal with blind, and rigor mortis so guardian can't neuter me. I'm unsure about Bull's Strike though, I put it in there because if I have enough adrenaline and they are running I can get 3 KD's in a row, but there is probably something better I can use. Maybe Crushing Blow would be a better choice?

Anyways, I'd like any thoughts/additions to this build please

if you want to kill those monks, you only need a two KD combo if you go w/mo:

1. (the adrenaline attack that does +24 damage)
2. devastating hammer
3. crushing blow (the one that causes a deep wound)
4. heavy blow
5. holy strike
6. irresistable blow
7. mend ailement/purge sig/purge conditions...
8. res sig

the combo is written from top to bottom. it kills monks most of the time, when there is no other monk healing them. you dont need rigor, since crushing blow deals with guardian pretty well.

you can try doing it as necro, but you need the attack that does a deep wound for a fast kill...

id replace bulls strike with crushing
you need some kind of attack speed boost
your build has too much energy demanding skills, id prolly switching in rush for sprint

You need Crushing Blow in your build to deal a deep wound, which makes your job killing monks easier.

to counter this, monks just throw a portective spirit on them and rof when needed. these 2 skills are common for a prot-boon monk

if you gain adrenaline through another person (drawing the monk's attention and getting adrenaline for you, then switching and unloading on a monk, there is nothing he can do.
in CA, if there is no other monk to heal him, you have 99% killed the monk. (that is when using dev hammer > crushing > heavy > holy strike/aftershock/high damage attack)...
