These are old runes they used to all spawn in blue hue. They have the art for superior but blue in color. Any value to these items? I have a few major like this as well.
These were up here before and the price is very hard to determine, potentially they are worth a lot if you find the right person. However most real collectors have long left the game and i doubt you'll get over 10-30k for them. Sorry
