WTB Kai's Sword

I got a fever, and the only prescription, is more Hamstorm!!! I need a crippling sword stat!

All jokes aside I would like to buy Kai's Sword simply because I like the skin and actually do have a use for some of its horrible mods (crippling)...and the Oni Blade skin is awsome. I do not want to spend much more than 1k-ish on it though. To my knowledge I am the only one that wants one at the moment lol.
