It's a temporary ban. By the time you end up contacting support and varifying all the necessary information, you'd at best knock 1 day off the ban. At worst you'd just end up being frustrated by the repeated banging of your head against a wall (a wall that happened to have put all reasonable effort into warning you about the outcome of posting sales content in all chat).
They don't over use the announcements on the right side of the sign in screen. Currently it holds warnings there to protect you... fairly important things to be mindful of. The other common posts are the subject of a weekend event, or an upcoming release. I know as a new player you might be eager to rush in and play. But as a new player you should be mindful of announcements that are made to help you. It's not like this was burried in the pages long EULA, masked with legal speak. It's under a bold heading on the sign in screen, in plain English.

Suspension = Temporary ban. Should be fairly obvious to anyone with even a limited vocabulary.
