Is there a way to hide the GUI?

So that when I take a screenshot only my character appears with no menu windows.

ctrl+shift+H

do it a second time to make the gui reappear.

I believe its Shift and print screen.

Both methods do the trick, but SHIFT+PrintScreen does it more thoroughly. With CTRL+SHIFT+H, you will still see target selectors (green circles on the ground around things you have selected) and if your mose hovers over something it will still make it glow. To get rid of that, use SHIFT+PrintScreen.
