Diesel Pirates [dp] is looking for 10 members/officers

Good morning/afternoon/evening,

Diesel Pirates is a new guild that my brother and I started.
We are currently looking for 10 officers to help form and run the guild. We would like to create a tightknit community, maximum of 40 members.

Here are the requirements:

Who are the leaders
1. Vexed And Glorious - Assassin - Age: 21
2. Professor Reflexes - Warrior - Age: 13 - He is my brother and we share an account.

What we have
1. Guild Name: Diesel Pirates [dp]
2. Cape
3. Hall (Uncharted Isle - Not full)
4. Website (http://guild.lazyrussian.com/forum)
5. Skype (Group Chat - better than Ventrilo IMO)

General Requirements
1. Must be 18+ and have a very mature attitude (i.e. Guild Wars is just a game)
2. If you mainly PvP, you must have the Heroes' Ascent unlocked and most of the spells for one class unlocked.
3. If you mainly PvE, you must have reached the rank or Protector in one campaign OR have unlocked Hard-Mode in one campaign.
4. You must log on at least 3-4 times a week
5. Must enjoy being part of a small community (maximum 40 members) and helping others.

The most important one
6. This guild is brand new. You must want to help build and develop the guild from the ground up. This helps create a small tight-knit community with common goals in mind.

Not a lot of the ground rules have been set up. As soon as we get some members we will decide together, as a community.
