I recently deleted the email account my game was under. Then I emailed them for support about changing what I sign into on the game as. They got back to me telling me to use my play nc account to change what it is under. I had no idea what my account name or password was and even if I guess right I don't have the email to get the password support from. So I emailed them again explaining this and they asked a few questions then claimed to transfer me and never got back to me, it's been weeks. Now I wanted to ask again but it's saying my new hotmail email is already assigned to an account, which I don't know the user name or password of AGAIN. Why can't they just ask for your email? Are they purposely making it as much of a trial as possible until people just give up on getting help? I want to use the online store and get reminds sent to my new email not a nonexistent one.
Is it a lost cause? Or is there someway to get in personal contact with someone who can help without all this running around in circles bs?
