How to order the inscription and the mod of an item?

Hi guys,

I have a shield with a inscription and a fortitude mod - there is no real problem with it I just want to make it look good for me.

(now)
Shield of Fortitude
Armor 16 (Req bla)
Health +30
Inscription "Riders of the Storm"
Armor +10 (vs. Cold Damage)

(wannabe)
Shield of Fortitude
Armor 16 (Req bla)
Inscription "Riders of the Storm"
Armor +10 (vs. Cold Damage)
Health +30

How can I change the position of the upgrades?

unless theres another way to do it the only way i've seen it done is when adding a mod the newest mod goes on the bottom on the list, so you would have to add another +30 handle

Maybe because it's an inscribable shield?

I haven't found enough spare money to re-mod items to make the order more appealing, but I will usually wait until I have every mod i'm going to use on a new item so that I can put them on in the order I want them...

Seriously, as long as you have good mods does the order really matter?

How can I change the position of the upgrades?
Highlighted in bold the reason the op wants it changing, i have no problem with that, i too wish i could change things like that to how i want them but i dont know how, sorry...
