Henchmen Suggestions

I was wondering if anyone has taken the time to write up a Henchmen Guide? I searched for one here but had no luck. Basically, I'd like to know the pros and cons of all the Factions henchies so that I can best synchronize them with my heroes and I.

I am a tank sin, or an Assassin/Dervish. My heroes are Tahlkora w/ maxed protection prayers, Olias as an MM and Jin as a Barrage ranger. I'm in the Jade Sea now. I know to use Sister Tai for healing prayers and Argo (works nicely with Jin's Mark of Rodgort), but I don't know who would work best for the other two slots. Who would you prefer to use in this situation?

And also, as a bonus question, would GoLE reduce the cost of Conjure Flame?
