First questions has to do with heroes

how far in the game (time wise) dose it take before i can start getting heroes and if u can only get certain ones at certain spots how far til i can get a monk?

Also when i want to get over to factions/proph about how long dose it take to get to the mission to let me travel to those new areas?

If you start a new NF character you'll get Koss right away and Dunkoro when you reach lv 5 and choose a secondary profession. After that its Melonni, Tahlkora, Sousuke/Jin.

If you cross over from another continent you gain Koss, Dunkoro, Tahlkora & melonni right away.

You get your first hero(Koss) right after the first quest. You'll also aquire Dunkoro(Monk), Melonni(Dervish), Tahlkora(Monk), and either Sousuke(Ele) or Jin(Ranger) before you leave the starter isle.

You get Dunkoro pretty quickly..you get the quest for him right after attaining level 5 and choosing your secondary profession.


As for the quests to travel to Tyrian/Cantha..
You can get the quest Terror in Tyria(From Deras Tenderlin in Kamadan) to travel to Tyria..and..Plague in Cantha(From Funwa Shento in Kamadan) to travel to Cantha once you complete the quest called "The Time is Nigh"(6th primary quest after the third mission, Blacktide Den).
