GW is unbelievably laggy

Already defragged, results here


Was ok yesterday, though I did have some lag spikes( > 500ms ping), and cant find out why. SP games run fine, exited GW, played COD2 at high settings with no problems, same with Anarchy Online, no lag, also UT2k4, Halo, Battlefield 2, GTA San Andreas(Online racing mod), all run fine, so its obviously something about GW. A did a speed test just now at http://www.speedtest.net/ , and got this result, so my net connection seems fine. Im out of ideas for now, anyone else have any?

The internet may be routing you through a bad node on the way to the GW server. A little bit of packet loss can cause some bad lag spikes in GW.

It seems to have been solved. Sadly, by deleting my GW.dat file, and D/Ling a new one. I REALLY hate doing that.
