Please help me with these builds....

The finished product! I know that it starts from a lead, but I'm a beginner, and its pretty good.... I think.

Assassin/Monk
Level: 20

Critical Strikes: 10 (9+1)
Dagger Mastery: 15 (12+3)
Shadow Arts: 10 (9+1)

Way of the Lotus (Shadow Arts)
For 20 seconds, the next time you hit with a dual attack skill, you gain 15 Energy.
Energy:5 Cast:0.25 Recharge:20

Golden Lotus Strike (Dagger Mastery)
If it hits, this attack strikes for +20 damage. If you are under the effects of an Enchantment, you gain 12 Energy.
Energy:5 Cast:0 Recharge:10

Wild Strike (Dagger Mastery)
Must follow a lead attack. If it hits, this attack strikes for +35 damage and any Stance being used by target foe ends.
Energy:5 Cast:0 Recharge:4

Twisting Fangs (Critical Strikes)
Must follow an off-hand attack. If it hits, Twisting Fangs strikes for +17 damage and struck foe suffers from Bleeding and Deep Wound for 15 seconds.
Energy:10 Cast:0 Recharge:15

Moebius Strike [Elite] (Dagger Mastery)
Must follow a Dual Attack. If it hits, Moebius Strike strikes for +35 damage. If you strike a foe whose Health is below 50%, all your other attack skills are recharged.
Energy:5 Cast:0 Recharge:2

Death Blossom (Dagger Mastery)
Must follow an off-hand attack. If it hits, Death Blossom strikes target foe for +45 damage and all adjacent foes take 45 damage.
Energy:5 Cast:0 Recharge:2

Shadow Refuge (Shadow Arts)
For 4 seconds, you gain 8 Health regeneration. When Shadow Refuge ends, you gain 60 Health if you are attacking.

Resurrection Signet ()
Resurrect target party member. That party member is returned to life with 100% Health and 25% Energy. You may use this Signet only once per mission.
Energy:0 Cast:3 Recharge:0

I'm sorry that I am starting on a Lead attack, but this is what I came up with. It has pretty much infinite energy. This is how it works:

Cast, Way of the Lotus, Charge in, do your chain, if you finish Death Blossom, and your oppenent is not dead, keep repeating Moebius, and Death Blossom over and over. or let them die of Condition Bleeding. When you finish the build... You will have pretty much full energy due to Wa of the Lotus, And if you killed this oppenent in less then 10 seconds, go right back in until way of lotus ends, recast, kill, If you want, you can take a risk, and use Shadow Refuge really quickly then quickly attack, Gloden Lotus will still be triggered for energy renewal. I know that this can use fixing, so please help. Thanks!

Blades has a horrible synergy with moebius strike you know..

i'm not sure what exactly NF skills are so i can't help out but you will definately need another offhand.

NF skills = skills from the Nightfall campaign.

and i meant that Blades of steel only gives additional bonus damage for each RECHARGING skill and Moebius recharges your skills so..you most likely won't ever get +dmg for more than 1 skill (or 0, i dunno, i havn't tested it) after the first chain.

I see... Maybe I should put in Death Blossom. What do you think? Or if you can't really think of anything else... Ohh! NF is Nightfall... Black Spider strike is a good one for NF, I Dont have i though.

Looks ok so far although there are some problems. I would just add an IAS and test it out first. Since your using mobius I would recommend Flurry. Now there's a few problems I can theorize right now. Blocking is a huge issues with this build as it could easily disable you for 45secs if ur unlucky (dark prison). Even if no obstacles arises and you successfully put off your chain, you probably will still be disabled for sometime especially if used an IAS to speed things up. 45sec recharge is no joke, its equal to diverting yourself. Also be careful on your e-management. Dark prison is short with a long recharge and BL will not be able to fuel the rest of your chains if you continuously loop it, especially if you still want to reserve some amount for defense.

I suggest switching out DP for SS (siphon speed). SS is cheaper, easily spammable and gets rid of dash for a self-heal. Then you can bring in the IAS to complete the build. Although it might take away the element of surprise atleast it will make your build far more versatile.

Horns of the Ox or Death Blossom

Hmmm... Isn't Sphon Speed an elite? If it is, I would have to Take out Moebius for some other offhand that doesn't need a lead. So... Yeah, I can't do Black Spider Strike because its in NF, An I only have Proph and Factions. Maybe I should change to

1. Black Lotus
2. Twisted Fangs
3. Palm Strike {Elite}
4. Death Blossom or Blades of Steel....

Siphon Speed [skill]siphon speed[/skill] is non-elite... And it kicks ass.

You were likely thinking of Siphon Strength [skill]siphon strength[/skill] ... which IS elite. And still kicks ass.

Aaaaand.... IAS = Increased Attack Speed. Any skill which ups how fast you attack. Assassins use 'em to fire off attack chains faster. Critical Agility is tres gut for general PvE use.

Oh!..... Hmm.. That is good. But is my chain too much of an Energy User

Is that bad? Like, I've seen some screen shots and I've seen Assassins only have 25 Energy, and this this costs, 35. I'm definitly going to use Zealous Daggers. And thank goodness Siphon Speed is not a Elite. But I have a bad feeling for Palm Strike as an elite..... Like it says 90 Damage, not +90 damage, and... No one uses it..... Somethings up, do you think I should go use it as an elite? Or is there another way, If I put Moebius in the way, I have to change the chain to

Moebius {Elite Off hand}
Death Blossom as a finisher.....

Don't forget that you gain energy from lotus strike, assuming you got enough points into critical...and if it hits.

Critical Agility is deadly, but pity its a NF skill.

And with sufficient points in critical strikes, you should be good in the energy department.

I see... Put do you think Its okay to use Palm Strike? Cause it does TONS of damage but it says 85 Damage no +85 damage. So I think its varying to something. Should I go back to Lotus, Twisted, Moebius, Death Blossom. Or strick with Palm strike?

Those 85 dmg are armor ignoring, however that req 15 ranks of DS. Being a touch skill and a unconditional off-hand it has the advantage of being unaffected by blind and is a way of bypassing tedious lead attacks. However speaking of synergy its an inferior elite to the more popular elites like MS. Since the introduction of black-line, there really is no point in using it to start ur duel strikes. Also most importantly PalmStrike is considered a touch skill and therefor will not add the necessary bonus dmg for BoS.

If your hell bent on including BoS in your build I would go with something like, BLS-Horns of Ox-Falling Spider-BoS-Impale. Considering u don't have NF, this chain should be the closest duplication to what ur aiming for. You might wanna give up the self-heal for an IAS too.

Okay, Im very comfused sinced I'm a noob. My friend tried of the chain because I dont have Palm Strike. I used my ele, I didn't do anything, and it was bad. It lowered my health alright, but it was not what I was expecting. So I can't use this chain.... What is BoS? and BLS? I dont like HotO because there is a good chance that my enemy will be adjacent to a person. So Falling SPider wont be able to be used making my Chain interupting and starting all over again. Can someone try this chain on a 100armor dummy in Isle of The Nameless
