On Wednesday, July 25, 2007 at 10:45pm EST, The Guilds of LaZy Nation recruited their 1,000th active member to fully fill the alliance's guild rosters. All 10 guilds, each with the tag of [LaZy], each with the same cape and acting as one single guild, reached a full and complete roster of 1,000 active members. [Members were active within 7 days or less].

The event coincided just hours before recognition of the guild's First Year Anniversary on July 26th.

In April of this year, the guild was recognized by ANET as "Guild of the Week". At that time, the guild/alliance held 450 members. Since April, through July 25, the guild has grown by an additional 550 active members.

In 364 days, the guild reached 1,000 active members to fully populate all 10 guild rosters and over 4,300 players recruited in total.

The guild will celebrate this milestone achievement in tandem with it's planned One Year Anniversary Party, scheduled for this Friday, July 27th at the Great Temple of Balthazar, International Districts, beginning at 10pm EST.

In addition, a LaZy Nation TRIBUTE VIDEO has been made available for the general public and can be viewed at at www.lazyimperium.com .

Guild News and Announcements Guidelines

On occasion something significant happens to a guild that is relevant to the greater Guild Wars community. When this happens one person from the guild, usually the guild leader, will be allowed to make a post about it in the Guild News and Announcements (GNAA) forum. These posts should follow these guidelines:

* The name and tag of the guild should be listed in the title of the post. For example, “Xen of Onslaught [XoO] Announces Change of Leadership.”
* Announcements will be items of genuine interest to others in the community, and not just delineations of accomplishments or veiled attempts to recruit.
* No flaming of individuals or guilds will be tolerated in these posts.
* Each guild will be limited to making an announcement no more than once per month.
